1. Who we are

Patipop is published by DEVCODE TECHNOLOGY LTD (“DevCode”, “we”, “us”), an international business company registered in the Republic of Seychelles under company number 245393, with its registered office at House of Francis, Room 303, Victoria, Mahé, Seychelles. You can contact us at info@devcode.dev.

This policy applies to the Patipop app for Android (package name com.devcode.patipop) and to the Patipop pages on devcode.dev.

2. Data we collect

The current version of Patipop does not collect any personal data. We do not ask for your name, email address, location, contacts, photos or any other personal information, and the game does not send information about you or your device to us or to anyone else.

Patipop does not contain advertising, analytics, tracking or social media SDKs.

3. Data stored on your device

To remember your progress, Patipop saves the following on your device only: completed levels, stars, best scores, coins, boosters, rescued cats, daily reward status and settings (sound, music, vibration and style). This data never leaves your device through the game and we cannot access it.

If Android backup is turned on for your Google account, Android may include this game data in your device backup. That backup is provided and controlled by Google under Google's own privacy policy; we have no access to it.

4. Permissions

Patipop uses the vibration permission only for haptic feedback during play; you can turn vibration off in the game. The internet permission is included by the app framework; the current version of Patipop does not use it to send or receive personal data.

5. Children

Patipop is suitable for players of all ages, including children. Because the game does not collect personal data from anyone, it does not collect personal data from children under 13 (or the minimum age in your country). Parents or guardians with questions can contact us at any time.

6. Your rights

Depending on where you live, laws such as the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) or Türkiye's Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 (KVKK) give you rights to access, correct or delete your personal data. As we do not hold personal data about Patipop players, there is normally nothing for us to provide or delete; you can remove all game data yourself as described on our Delete your data page. You are welcome to contact us with any request or question.

7. Our website

The devcode.dev website does not use cookies, analytics or advertising. Our hosting provider, Cloudflare, processes technical information such as IP addresses to deliver the site and protect it against abuse.

8. Future online features

We may add online features to Patipop in the future, such as daily puzzles and leaderboards. Before any such feature collects data, we will update this policy to explain exactly what is collected and why, and update the app's data safety information on Google Play.

9. Changes to this policy

If we change this policy, we will publish the new version on this page and update the “Last updated” date above.
